A market-leading Financial Planning firm is expanding its UK team of employed Financial Advisers. The role provides a dedicated client bank, warm leads, and comprehensive back-office support.

THE ROLE

• Financial Adviser
• New business IFA
• Develop client relationships and grow AUM
• Access to in-house leads and clients
• Advising clients locally in your area of the country
• Conduct fact-find meetings with new and existing clients
• Create sound financial plans to support client financial goals
• Work from home
• Back-office support

BENEFITS

• Basic Salary
• Un-capped bonus
• OTE: £70,000 – £150,000

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Diploma Level 4 Qualified Financial Adviser
• Minimum 3 years’ Financial Adviser experience
• Experience providing holistic financial advice
• Proven track record of success
• Networking skills
• Experienced in new client acquisition
• Proven ability to generate business through referrals
• Looking to develop a personal book of clients
• Able to transfer clients and AUM
• Ideal for advisers with an existing client base, seeking a superior proposition
