I’m currently supporting a high-profile, global organisation within the engineering sector on the hire of both a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
You’ll be joining a business delivering large-scale, complex projects, with the opportunity to work on programmes that are both high value and technically interesting. It’s a role where you’ll be close to the detail, but also able to see the wider impact of your work across delivery. It will be a hands-on role working closely with delivery and engineering teams, taking ownership of subcontract commercial performance from contract award through to final account.
Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontract accounts end-to-end
- Cost and value forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Contract change and variation management
- NEC3/4 contract administration, including notices and early warnings
- Supporting project teams to ensure strong commercial control
What they’re looking for:
- Solid Quantity Surveying background (typically 5+ years)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments
- Comfortable working closely with delivery and technical teams
