Construction Estimator

Role

My client is an award winning contractor looking to recruit an experienced construction estimator to join their team on a permanent basis. The portfolio of works typically covers new build commercial and industrial projects to £10m.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate construction cost estimates for new build commercial and industrial works, typically up to £10m.
• Use Estimating software such as Conquest – experience with Conquest is advantageous, not essential.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure estimates support project budgeting and planning.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or senior level experience as a construction estimator.
• Solid understanding of construction estimation techniques and industry standards.
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Conquest experience desired).

Benefits & Working Conditions

• Full time, 5 days a week, office based, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Holiday entitlement: 26 days per annum plus statutory bank holidays.
• Pension scheme.
