Required Experience
Experience Required: 2-3 years only
- Principal-level hands-on engineer delivering distributed, cloud-native systems
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, especially stateful applications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EBS, IAM, VPC)
- Solid background in Go or Java services and service modernization
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed/streaming platforms
- Solid background with Helm, Operators, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong understanding of failure modes, scaling, and data durability
Nice to Have
- Experience adapting legacy or non-cloud-native Java apps to Kubernetes
- Multi-region or globally distributed system design
- Experience with service mesh and advanced networking patterns
