We’re partnering with a highly regarded financial services firm to appoint an HR Coordinator into their London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR or operations who is looking to broaden their exposure within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Working closely with a senior HR professional, you’ll support across the full HR lifecycle, with a strong focus on coordination, delivery, and operational excellence across an EMEA remit.
The role will involve:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEA
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including scheduling and candidate liaison
- Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance processes
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinating training and development activity
- Supporting performance reviews and probation tracking
- Contributing to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
- Acting as a key point of contact for HR-related queries
