Customer Support Advisor – Slovenian Speaking
Pay: Hourly rate of £12.75.
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days in our Belfast office (49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR) and 3 days from the comfort of your own home.
Full-time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will address general inquiries from customers through social media and email, including issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations. You must maintain a friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor while demonstrating empathy and patience.

Qualifications
- Excellent Catalan & English verbal/written skills
- Social media or content moderation experience (desired)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory)
- Full flexibility between 8am-12am (Midnight) – Monday to Sunday
- Minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private, distraction-free location when working from home
- Spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues
