Mechanical Project Manager — Location: Bank, Central London; Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits; Contract: Permanent; Start: Next Month

Company Overview: One of London’s leading MEP contractors, with an annual turnover of around £100 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. The business has delivered some of the capital’s most prestigious commercial developments, specialising in high-value mechanical and electrical packages across premium office buildings.

Role Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the mechanical package delivery
• Manage and support Construction Managers and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and design requirements
• Monitor subcontractor performance and installation quality
• Maintain strict health & safety and compliance standards
• Manage procurement, programme tracking, and reporting
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and senior leadership team
• Oversee commissioning phases and final project handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the MEP / building services sector
• Demonstrable experience delivering large mechanical packages (£10m+)
• Strong background in commercial office developments
• Experience managing multiple site teams and Construction Managers
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
