The business produces innovative and sustainable synthetic timber products from recycled plastic. With a strong sales pipeline and ambitious expansion plans, it is looking for a driven individual to take full ownership of site operations.
Reporting to the board of directors, this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for:
- Managing all day-to-day manufacturing and site operations
- Production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
- Driving process improvement and operational efficiency
- Introducing new products into manufacture
- Leading production teams
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
This role offers genuine long-term progression: as the business grows, the successful candidate will be expected to develop into a broader general management role with increasing responsibility for commercial and financial performance.
