Role Purpose
Open Partners is a fast‑growing independent agency that puts innovation at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Social Project Manager to join us at the start of an exciting new agency function. You will support the Senior Lead on a high‑impact pilot for a travel client, playing a vital role in coordinating and executing the programme.
This is a 6‑month temp‑to‑perm role focused on proving the scalability of our proprietary social model.
Your Impact
- Transform raw travel expertise into structured data, ensuring the “Central Content Engine” runs without friction.
- Monitor engagement for warm leads and translate social interactions into tangible business opportunities for the client.
- Act as the final line of defence for quality, managing approval workflows so every piece of content is verified and brand‑aligned.
- Tag and report meticulously to provide evidence needed for the final pilot report, directly influencing the decision to scale the programme.
What Success Looks Like In 6 Months
- Master the ingestion and workflow management of agent‑specific data using G Suite and Sprout Social.
- Establish a consistent rhythm for identifying and escalating leads, significantly contributing to the pilot’s commercial KPIs.
- Aim to build a “ground‑up” department with fast, reliable approval and implementation workflows.
- Use AI tools to enhance creative output, demonstrating how technology and human oversight work together.
Capabilities You’ll Bring
- Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage complex schedules and technical workflows across multiple accounts.
- Comfort with evolving technology, specifically in using AI tools and social platforms (Sprout Social/Canva) to drive efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to act as a primary point of contact, managing expectations and inputs from diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to segment data accurately and translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
Your Outputs & Results
- Daily management and implementation of social calendars, ensuring 100% digital approval rates from agents.
- Prompt escalation of community‑driven leads (dates, budgets, inquiries) within a one‑business‑day SLA.
- Daily maintenance of Sprout Social tags to clearly distinguish client‑owned and agency‑owned content.
- Accurate documentation of data sets and operational logs for the Month 6 “Stress Test” audit and final scalability report.
