This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional to take on a key leadership role, overseeing project pricing and contributing to the continued success of a dynamic organisation. You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate, competitive tenders while supporting strategic business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the estimating function across multiple projects.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing.
- Identify risks and opportunities within tenders.
- Support business development and contribute to bid strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an estimating role within engineering, construction, or a related sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
