Job Description:

Our Customer Representative role supports customers across all channels, from in‑person transactions and inbound phone calls to digital product applications. You’ll provide first‑class service face‑to‑face, over the phone and online – training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handle transactions at the counter and educate customers about digital banking services.
  • Assist customers with queries via phone, chat and email across multiple channels.
  • Promote and support the use of digital tools and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About you

Your passion for helping people and willingness to adapt to different customer needs is vital. You will be comfortable using digital tools and applications and will demonstrate the company’s customer‑first behaviours: feeling what customers feel, saying it straight, pushing for better and getting it done. Experience in retail, customer service or banking is valuable but we also value who you are as a person.

Training and development
