Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Office Manager based in Nottingham. The Sales Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing training to team members. The role also involves managing office administration processes to support sales and customer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating the internal sales team.
- Managing workload planning to ensure timely quotations and order processing.
- Overseeing accurate and timebound quotations.
- Ensuring CRM data, pipeline tracking against targets and customer records remain accurate.
- Monitoring KPIs, order intake, forecasting accuracy and lead times.
- Maintaining a strong customer-service culture aligned with LEEC technical expertise.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within a technical sales administration or office management role.
- Background in stainless steel manufacturing, engineering, or medical products advantageous.
- Confidence in handling technical enquiries and liaising with design engineers and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and quotation processes.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
Package
Salary 36K – 40K depending on experience.
