We have over twenty five years experience in providing business management ERP & CRM solutions to organisations throughout the UK. We are on the lookout for a new Account Manager to join our team and make a real difference to our Customers. This is an exciting time to be joining Sci-Net, as we transition to ANS.
The Account Management role has a varied set of responsibilities and may vary to align with customer requirements. The summary of key responsibilities are:
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the day-to-day management of customer requests: ensuring tickets are picked up, progressed and closed in a timely way
- Keeping customers consistently updated so they feel informed, supported and never in the dark
- Holding regular catch-ups to understand customer needs, challenges, and overall experience
- Act as the key link between customers and internal support teams: translating needs, chasing progress and removing obstacles
- Driving work forward across small projects, change requests, training, and billable work to keep momentum and make sure the customer is kept informed
- Being the face of the company and managing the customer’s relationship with Sci-Net
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in working with Business Central is essential
- Experience working in a technology/software environment is advantageous
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex Customers
- Customer focused
- Organised and proactive
- Resilient and self-motivated
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
