About the Role
Join SS&C as a Senior Fund Accountant supporting UK-based clients within our Middle Office operations team. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence and process improvements
- Oversee accurate NAV production and fund accounting (daily/monthly)
- Perform reconciliations (cash, positions, interest, FX, derivatives, etc.)
- Calculate management and incentive fees, income distributions, and P&L
- Collaborate with global teams on reporting, controls, and client deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement and support client development initiatives
Your Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CFA/MBA a plus)
- Previous experience in hedge fund accounting, operations, or fund admin
- Strong knowledge of NAV cycle processing and fee calculations
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with Geneva/HedgeTek
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive team player
