Executive Director – Board level search and selection specialists
Location: Mid SuffolkWe’re seeking a commercially savvy Head of Finance with a strong track record of finance business partnering to join the leadership team of this heritage award-winning, privately owned business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decision-making, promoting a continuous improvement mindset whilst leading and developing a high-performing finance function. Delivering clear insight, analysis and business intelligence to drive results, you’ll be instrumental in supporting company growth through informed financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategic direction.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Deliver robust forecasting, budgeting, costing and pricing insights.
- Provide clear, actionable business intelligence and financial analysis.
- Drive process improvement and financial discipline across departments.
- Manage financial activities, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate on business development and strategic planning.
You’ll Bring:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in leading and nurturing team development, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills, with collaborative and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, mentoring and influencing skills.
