They’re now looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of their organic social presence and content engine, playing a key role in scaling reach, engagement, and community.
The Opportunity
This is a high‑energy, hands‑on role reporting into the Senior Brand Manager—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into high‑performing content.
You’ll lead the strategy and execution across social channels, creating engaging, thumb‑stopping content while building and nurturing an active global community. From short‑form video creation to campaign ideation, you’ll be at the heart of the brand’s day‑to‑day storytelling and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media Strategy & Community Growth
- Lead and execute the organic social media strategy across all platforms
- Identify new channels and opportunities for audience growth
- Plan and manage publishing schedules to ensure consistent output
- Monitor performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
- Work closely with Customer Service to maintain a consistent brand voice and manage community engagement
- Develop and execute campaigns, competitions, and audience growth initiatives
Content Production & Creative Execution
- Create a high volume of engaging video and graphic content
- Write scripts, develop shot lists, and brief creative assets
- Film, edit, and repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms
- Capture content across teams, products, and brand moments
- Support key campaigns and launches with relevant content and messaging
Paid Digital Creative (Caretaker)
- Collaborate with the paid media agency and Growth team on creative assets
- Develop and test multiple hooks, formats, and messaging variations
- Use performance data to iterate and improve creative output
- Support the delivery and sign‑off of paid social creative
Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to align messaging and content
- Support founder, expert, or brand‑led content where needed
- Manage content workflows to ensure deadlines are met and output remains consistent
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing organic channels
- Strong end‑to‑end content creation experience, from ideation through to filming and editing
- Experience working with paid social creative and performance‑led content
- Strong understanding of platform analytics and content optimisation
- Experience working with founders, influencers, or subject matter experts
- Confidence handling community engagement, including sensitive or complex conversations
Skills
- Proficiency in mobile‑first editing tools such as CapCut
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Ability to analyse performance data and report on content effectiveness
- Excellent short‑form copywriting skills for captions and scripts
Attributes

- Comfortable working at pace and managing a high‑volume content pipeline
