Home and Future is one of the first two Regional Care Cooperatives (RCCs) to be established in England, developed in the South East following a recommendation from the Independent Review of Children’s Social Care led by Josh MacAlister. We are an independent, not-for-profit company bringing together 16 local authorities with one shared mission: to provide the right local homes, the right support, and the right workforce for our children and young people. As we move from development into delivery, we are building the projects and innovation capacity needed to transform the regional care landscape. We are now looking for an innovative and proactive Project Innovation Officer to support our growing work. This role sits at the heart of our operations, helping support project delivery, write funding bids, and ensuring smooth coordination across our partnership.
THE ROLE
This role provides essential support to the delivery of our work. You will help coordinate project development, gather insights, support bid writing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys innovation and wishes to be at the heart of change for children and young people. This is perfect for an aspiring project manager or grants officer combining project support with horizon scanning and supporting bids.
