OT Cyber Security Manager

Hybrid – 3 days per week in Ipswich | Critical National Infrastructure

We’re partnering with a major UK energy organisation operating within Critical National Infrastructure to appoint an OT Cyber Security Manager in a pivotal leadership role.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of OT cyber security capability across a highly regulated environment, leading strategy, engineering and operations while influencing senior stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the design, implementation and operation of OT cyber security solutions
• Leading and developing a team of specialist OT security engineers
• Acting as technical authority for OT cyber architecture and controls
• Overseeing incident response, RCA, PIRs and service management
• Managing third‑party security partners and specialist suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with NIS, NCSC CAF, IEC 62443 and ISO standards
• Translating complex cyber risk into clear business insight

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in OT / ICS / SCADA cyber security
• Background within energy, utilities or regulated CNI environments
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence operating at senior and executive level
• Eligible for UK SC clearance
