Finance Director

We are working on a Finance Director/Head of Finance role overseeing financial operations across a cluster of London properties. As a Finance Director/Head of Finance, you will drive EBITDA performance, lead financial planning, and partner with General Managers and commercial teams to optimize profitability.

This role combines strategic insight with hands‑on financial control across multiple properties.

What You’ll Do

• Lead consolidated monthly and annual financial reporting
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Manage cash flow, CAPEX, and working capital
• Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Operations to support commercial decisions
• Oversee audit, tax compliance (VAT, HMRC), and financial governance
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑site finance team
• Drive finance system improvements and automation

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• 10+ years’ finance experience, essential in hospitality (multi‑site or cluster)
• Proven track record improving EBITDA and profitability
• Strong UK accounting standards, VAT, and payroll knowledge
• Experience with systems such as Sage, Sun, or Opera PMS
• Advanced Excel and strong leadership skills
