Contracts Manager – 6-Month Temp Contract
Salary: £60,000 FTE
Location: Lincoln, UK – Flexible Work Pattern-22 Hours

Overview:
Dynex Semiconductor, a global leader in advanced power semiconductors, is seeking a commercially astute Contracts Manager for a 6-month temporary assignment. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone confident navigating complex technical environments and safeguarding commercial interests across R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Senior Leadership.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on contracts, IP, and risk, helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts (sales, R&D, consortia, government tenders).
- Act as a commercial advisor to senior management and the board.
- Oversee Intellectual Property (IP) matters – including applications and infringement claims.
- Support policy development and ensure compliance with best commercial practices.
- Assist with due diligence, dispute resolution, and major transactions.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in contract management, ideally in a technical manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk analysis, and negotiation strategies.
- Degree qualified in Law, Business, or related field.
- Confident communicating at all levels, including with legal and IP advisors.
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) preferred.
- Able to handle pressure, manage complexity, and deliver precise documentation.
