The Opportunity
We’re working with a respected loss adjusting business who are looking to bring in a Claims Account Handler to support their Real Estate team.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of UK property claims, handling them from investigation through to settlement, while working closely with adjusters, brokers and insurers.
The Role
• Managing property claims from notification through to settlement
• Investigating, negotiating and agreeing claim outcomes
• Liaising with insureds, insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders
• Producing reports in line with internal and client standards
• Reviewing and approving contractor quotes
• Supporting client relationships and attending review meetings
• Ensuring accurate time recording, billing and invoicing
About You
• Experience within property claims / real estate / loss adjusting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident negotiating and managing claims end-to-end
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Ideally working towards or holding a relevant qualification (CII/CILA or similar – not essential)
