We are seeking a professional, proactive, and client-focused Legal PA to join the Structured Finance team within a Global Financial Markets group in London. This role will support a partner and a team of associates at varying levels, providing high-quality PA support to enable fee earners to focus on delivering legal services and client development.

Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed term
Role Purpose:
The Legal PA will provide comprehensive support across deal and matter management, diary and travel coordination, communication control, and document preparation. You will add value to the team by anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth administration of client and team matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal PA Support:
- Proactively manage diaries and schedules, anticipating and resolving potential conflicts
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring hybrid working needs are met, including technical setup and links
- Support fee earners with mailbox management and prioritisation of correspondence
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries
- Respond to calls professionally and manage messages effectively
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, and manage legal documentation efficiently
- Act as first point of contact for technical and administrative support within the team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and processes to promote efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies, client security, and risk management requirements
End-to-End Matter Support:
- Manage matter inception processes and engagement letters
- Support matter lifecycle efficiencies and provide administrative guidance
- Assist with finance-related tasks, including expense claims, time recording, billing processes, and invoice coordination
Business Development Support:
- Assist with client pitches, events, and relationship management
- Maintain client contact information and experience records
- Support fee earners and BD teams in coordinating client engagement initiatives
