Litigation Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Specialist located in the Blackburn area. The Litigation Specialist will handle Housing Disrepair cases, evaluate property damage claims, and manage legal documentation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with legal teams and insurance representatives, negotiating settlements, coordinating case-related communications, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a solid understanding of Civil Litigation processes and practices
• Experience in Insurance claims management and Property Damage evaluation
• Strong expertise in Litigation, including case preparation and negotiation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; legal qualifications preferred
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software
