Concept Projects Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join the team.
We deliver engineering, construction and turnkey projects across a range of sectors including food & beverage, pharmaceutical, homecare and logistics.
This role would suit someone who is confident leading projects from initial planning through to delivery, while keeping a close eye on programme, budget, risk and client expectations.
You’ll be managing multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and helping to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and solutions-focused, who takes real pride in doing the job properly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from start to finish
- Taking ownership of risk management, mitigation planning and project changes
- Supporting feasibility studies and identifying practical engineering improvements
- Building project plans, timelines, budgets and CAPEX forecasts
- Coordinating project teams, clients and key stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget
What we’re looking for:
- Preferably degree educated in an engineering discipline, or with equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully
- Experience within FMCG, pharma, food & beverage or similar industrial environments
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well independently and as part of a wider team
- IOSH/NEBOSH and familiarity with APM or Prince2 would be an advantage
- Flexibility to travel across mainland UK based on client requirements
