Responsible Business Executive (Part-Time – 21 Hours per Week) | London (EC2N) | £40,000 – £45,000 FTE
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Responsible Business Executive on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for social impact to support the delivery of a well-established Responsible Business programme within a professional services environment.
The Role
Supporting the Corporate Responsibility function, you will play a key role in delivering community-focused initiatives, with a particular emphasis on volunteering, fundraising and charity partnerships. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help drive engagement and ensure the successful execution of key programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the firm’s employer-supported volunteering programme, liaising with community partners and internal teams
- Support the delivery of fundraising initiatives and charity partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external organisations
- Organise and deliver Responsible Business events and campaigns
- Draft internal communications and contribute to intranet content and case studies
- Provide administrative support, including processing donations, managing surveys and maintaining records
- Act as a key point of contact for Responsible Business queries
About You
- Demonstrable interest in Responsible Business, CSR or community engagement
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant volunteering (2–3 years)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
