Role Overview
This is an exciting early-career opportunity within the commercial team, offering hands-on experience across sales, partnerships, and business development.
You will help drive commercial activity, support pipeline growth, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple workstreams. A significant portion of the role will focus on logistics and operations, making it ideal for someone who is both commercially minded and highly organised.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
- Support execution of sales strategies across retail, rental, and direct channels
- Manage inbound enquiries and maintain a strong pipeline
- Identify and research new business opportunities and partnerships
- Assist with outreach and early-stage deal development
Customer & CRM
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data and tracking
- Support relationship management with customers and partners
- Coordinate follow-ups and ongoing communications
Operations & Logistics (Core Focus)
- Coordinate vehicle logistics and international shipments
- Support movement of vehicles and containers globally
- Work closely with internal and external partners on delivery timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate logistics processes
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse sales performance and market data
- Support reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and commercial materials
Brand & Representation
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree or degree apprenticeship in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing, or internships
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in sustainability or electric vehicles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous
