You will work closely with design teams and clients, turning ambitious concepts into flawless reality — on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience across film, TVCs, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions
- A background in large‑scale scenic construction with an expert understanding of onsite and workshop build techniques
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate construction drawings with precision
- A meticulous eye for detail ‑ in the office, onsite, and across every element of production
- Strong technical production knowledge, plus the ability to lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Robust health & safety knowledge, including preparing documentation and ensuring all regulations are met
- A calm, decisive, quick‑thinking approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to manage and reconcile project budgets with care and accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills ‑ you’ll be the glue that holds clients and crews together to deliver success

- Ensure the highest standards of quality across all project outputs
- Drive seamless communication between clients, designers, and production teams
- Maintain exceptional levels of organisation, accuracy, and professional judgement
- Make confident, timely decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and safely
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £55,000‑£65,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 3 paid days between Christmas & New Year
