Job Description:

The Role: 

Continental Textiles, home to our fast-growing brands South Beach and Loungeable, is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our dynamic Marketplace team. 

As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll support core retail merchandising activities across product setup, trading, and stock management. 

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail merchandising across multiple channels and platforms. 

Key responsibilities include: 

· Product Setup & Systems: Maintaining accurate product data, including uploads, attributes, and imagery across multiple channels 

· Marketplace Support: Monitoring product status on partner platforms, resolving issues that impact product go-live and trading 

· Reporting & Analysis: Supporting weekly reporting by updating trade packs and pulling sales and stock data 

· Stock Management: Assisting with stock control processes, including raising picks, tracking deliveries, and monitoring stock levels 

· Trading Support: Supporting the execution of promotions and markdowns, ensuring accuracy across systems 

· Site & Competitor Checks: Carrying out regular site checks to ensure products are live, correctly displayed, and commercially presented 

· Administration: Coordinating order sheets, packing lists, and delivery documentation 

· Cross-functional Working: Collaborating closely with Buying, Import Merchandising, Logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 

 

 

About You: 

We’re looking for someone highly organised and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously within a merchandising function. 

You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace across multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders. 

 

You’ll bring: 

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 

· Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (desirable if intermediate to advanced) and confidence in learning new systems

· Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach 

· A genuine interest and commercial awareness in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce  

· The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
