MPA Recrfuitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse programme of revenue replacement and capital works projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–5 years’ experience looking to grow their career within a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering a range of construction projects
- Manage contracts in accordance with NEC4 contract requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide monthly reports on programme and financial expenditure
- Performance manage contractors in line with contract guidelines
- Organise and attend monthly contract meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–5 years’ experience in a construction or project management role
- Degree, HND, or HNC in a construction-related discipline
- Strong IT proficiency
- Full driving licence and access to a car (required for site visits)
- Access NI Check: Basic disclosure required
