Project Manager

MPA Recrfuitment are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse programme of revenue replacement and capital works projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–5 years’ experience looking to grow their career within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in delivering a range of construction projects
• Manage contracts in accordance with NEC4 contract requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide monthly reports on programme and financial expenditure
• Performance manage contractors in line with contract guidelines
• Organise and attend monthly contract meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ experience in a construction or project management role
• Degree, HND, or HNC in a construction-related discipline
• Strong IT proficiency
• Full driving licence and access to a car (required for site visits)
• Access NI Check: Basic disclosure required
