Job Description
We are excited to offer the opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Project Management Advanced Apprentice. In this role you will support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of Marketing projects. Working closely with the teams within Marketing (Brand, Digital, Events and Loyalty), alongside Worcester Bosch stakeholders and external agencies. This role is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to develop their existing project management skills.
Responsibilities
Project planning and execution
- Assist in the development of project plans, including scope definition, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Keep teams informed of all project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Daily management of the project dashboard.
- Schedule all post scope meetings.
Stakeholder Management
- Support liaison between marketing, internal departments, and external agencies.
- Coordinate project kick‑off meetings, regular status updates and project/activity reviews.
- Communicate project status, risks, and any delivery changes to stakeholders.
Resource Tracking
- Support allocation of internal resources effectively across projects.
- Escalate resource constraints and process log jams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and escalated project risks.
- Escalate/proactively resolve project roadblocks.
Process Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and templates.
- Participate in post‑project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Contract Information

Expected Start Date: Advisory, flexible within reason.
Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday, with a 1‑hour lunch break.
