Overview
Redactive Media Group require a commercial projects executive to join our fast-paced team. The remit includes a variety of commercial projects across online and face-to-face events, digital campaign management and sales marketing materials. This role is internally known as Commercial Project Executive – Events and involves supporting our large sales force with high-quality project delivery across our 50 award-winning media brands.
Responsibilities
- Organise webinars and record podcasts
- Plan and execute events (online and in-person) and manage content fulfilment for clients
- Create and manage media packs, sales marketing campaigns and other project deliverables
- Coordinate with in-house sales and editorial teams, clients and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Support the sales floor with project-management tasks and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- Keen interest in events, marketing and project management
- Understanding of the publishing industry
- Knowledge and understanding of:
- Managing events, working with venues/suppliers, ordering marketing collateral, using and building online event platforms
- Desktop design platforms such as InDesign and Illustrator
- Email marketing systems such as Adestra
- Webinar platforms (e.g., On24, Webcast, BigMarker)
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Solutions-oriented mentality
- Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver projects within deadline
- Ability to respond to pressurised situations
- Solid IT skills and knowledge of digital platforms/tools
- Knowledge of Adobe products and Excel is desirable
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
