Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to support works on the Sizewell C project. This role requires a capable and well‑rounded Project Manager who can manage the full project lifecycle — from contract award through to delivery — while maintaining strong client and customer relationships in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trackside civils works from contract award to final delivery
• Lead drainage, crossings, and excavation packages
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Maintain strong client and customer relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
• Manage commercial performance with full understanding of NEC contracts
• Control change, risk, and cost throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering trackside civils projects
• Strong experience in drainage, level crossings, and excavation works
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects from award through delivery
• Excellent commercial knowledge with a strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Well‑organised, proactive, and delivery‑focused

Not Required

• No P‑Way or OLE experience required

Package

• Flexibility for lodging allowances or higher rates depending on experience
• Long‑term opportunity (2+ years) on a major infrastructure project
