Customer Service Executive

You will be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, ensuring flawless workplace operations and enhancing comfort and convenience for employees, clients, and visitors.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high‑quality food service when required, ensuring excellent standards and a great customer experience
  • Support and deliver engaging site tours, including hosting visits for pupils from local schools, helping to showcase the workplace and build community connections
  • Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for employees, clients and visitors
  • Maintain clean, organised and inviting spaces across meeting rooms, communal areas and reception spaces
  • Respond promptly to service requests and incoming communications
  • Support safe working practices by monitoring and reporting Health & Safety matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
