Hotel Manager – Norwich City Centre
Full-Time | £32,000 – £35,000 | Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands‑on Hotel Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a small hotel located in the heart of Norwich city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing a small, close‑knit team.
The Role
- Overseeing daily hotel operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and guest services
- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Managing bookings, occupancy levels, and revenue performance
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team
- Handling guest queries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and recruitment where required
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met
- Monitoring budgets, costs, and general financial performance
- Maintaining the overall presentation and standards of the hotel
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A hands‑on approach with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good understanding of hotel systems, bookings, and operations
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
