Global leader in substation monitoring and diagnostics seeks an experienced Process Control Engineer to join their Industrialization team in Lisburn. This is a hands‑on role improving manufacturing quality, automation, and supply chain efficiency within a cutting‑edge electrical monitoring product line.

Highlights:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement projects.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams on manufacturability and testing.
• Optimize assembly automation, line layout, and ergonomics.
• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and resolve process issues.

Your Background:

• Degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Confident with Excel, data analysis, and process documentation.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or LabVIEW a plus.
• Driven problem‑solver who enjoys hands‑on involvement on the production floor
