Job Description:Prepare, write, and edit persuasive bid and tender submissions (PQQs, ITTs, frameworks, etc.) Interpret client requirements and develop clear, tailored responses Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, design, and project delivery Gather technical information and translate it into engaging, client-focused content Ensure submissions are compliant, professionally presented, and submitted on time Maintain and develop a library of high-quality bid content Identify opportunities to improve bid quality and win rates Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the construction sector Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial building projects (essential) Experience in education and/or healthcare sector bids (desirable) Excellent written English with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Strong organisational and communication skills Familiarity with public sector procurement processes
