What You’ll Do
Deliver the day‑to‑day physical security management across assigned Vodafone locations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and resilient environment. Deliver risk assessments, mitigation measures, third‑party service provider oversight, and incident management, enabling a culture of security within the business.
- Conduct site risk assessments; design and oversee implementation of mitigation measures, and coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams to ensure security alignment
- Oversee management of access control rights for assigned locations. Lead incident response and investigations into threats or breaches
- Ensure compliance with Vodafone security policies, external regulations, and industry standards
- Manage third‑party security providers and contractors against agreed SLAs
- Monitor security trends and emerging threats relevant to assigned locations and areas and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Who You Are
- Proven Physical Security operations experience
- Risk assessments and incident management abilities
- Third‑party service provider management
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical problem solving and attention to detail
- Experience managing security operations in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure, or similar environments
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 physical controls and relevant local regulations and legislation
