Security Technical Systems Manager

What You’ll Do

Deliver the day‑to‑day physical security management across assigned Vodafone locations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and resilient environment. Deliver risk assessments, mitigation measures, third‑party service provider oversight, and incident management, enabling a culture of security within the business.

• Conduct site risk assessments; design and oversee implementation of mitigation measures, and coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams to ensure security alignment
• Oversee management of access control rights for assigned locations. Lead incident response and investigations into threats or breaches
• Ensure compliance with Vodafone security policies, external regulations, and industry standards
• Manage third‑party security providers and contractors against agreed SLAs
• Monitor security trends and emerging threats relevant to assigned locations and areas and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management

Who You Are

• Proven Physical Security operations experience
• Risk assessments and incident management abilities
• Third‑party service provider management
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Practical problem solving and attention to detail
• Experience managing security operations in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure, or similar environments
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 physical controls and relevant local regulations and legislation
