Full-stack Web Developer

Are you passionate about code and making beautiful functioning sites and applications? We’re looking for an experienced full-stack developer with an emphasis in back-end / server-side technologies. An enthusiastic problem solver, logical thinker and all-round helpful team player, we need a developer who wants to do things right and is constantly seeking to improve.

The Role

• Development of bespoke web applications using Laravel
• Maintenance of legacy web applications (usually Laravel)
• Development of custom WordPress functionality

The Right Person

• 3+ years experience in a similar role within an agency
• A problem solver by nature with great attention to detail. Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and prioritise the right solution.
• An eye for detail and the ability to match a website to a design across multiple devices.
• A proactive self-starter who is always eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Laravel 11
• HTML / CSS

We’d Like It If You Have

• A grasp of digital marketing, including SEO, CRO, social media, email, and PPC and how they work within the wider strategy / service we deliver for each client.
• Experience implementing tracking scripts across different platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, Meta etc
• Commercial awareness – understanding the impact of scope creep, importance of key milestones and business priorities of clients.

• LS2 creative office location with tons of amenities on your doorstep
