About the Opportunity

We’re recruiting an experienced Java Software Developer to join a high‑performing delivery team working on complex, large‑scale client systems. This role is ideal for professionals with solid industry experience who want meaningful project work, strong engineering standards, and a clear pathway into a permanent role.

You’ll be embedded in real client engagements from day one, working alongside cross‑functional teams to design, build, and deliver modern software solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java‑based applications using modern frameworks
• Building and supporting microservices and cloud‑based solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
• Collaborating with testers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Investigating and resolving technical issues
• Contributing to continuous improvement and engineering best practices

Technologies You’ll Work With

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Cloud: AWS
• Ways of Working: Agile delivery, modern engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10 years’ experience as a Software Developer
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Exposure to AWS or cloud‑based environments
• Comfortable working in Agile teams
• Eligible for or already holding Security Clearance (SC)
