Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and face‑to‑face contact
- Support customers with rent queries, payments, and arrears management
- Promote payment plans and maximise income collection through early intervention
- Identify vulnerable customers and signpost to appropriate support services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems in line with procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Ensure a professional, supportive, and solution‑focused approach at all times
