Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a well established service business in the Sheffield City Centre as they look to recruit a HR Advisor on a 3 month temporary basis.

Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR, this role will see you managing a varied ER caseload while partnering closely with managers to provide clear, practical guidance and support across a range of people matters. As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a reasonable caseload of Employee Relations cases, providing both informal and formal advice
• Supporting managers with absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes (approx. 80% of the role)
• Coaching and developing managers of varying experience levels, building their confidence in handling people issues
• Contributing to policy reviews and updates to ensure best practice and compliance (approx. 20% of the role)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience in an HR Advisory role with ER exposure
• Be immediately available
