Sous Chef The Role: As a sous-chef you will assist in the general provision, serving and preparation of food and beverages within the College’s catering units, conduct cleaning and stock control duties. Our Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Good knowledge of a variety of cuisines Awareness of current trends in the catering/food market Ability to cook from scratch without supervision Experience in delivering good customer service Well-organised and able to manage tasks efficiently Strong team player Friendly and flexible attitude Good command of spoken English Solid numerical skills for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education All employment offers are subject employment checks.
