What you will do
As a Graduate Quality & Process Improvement Analyst, you will: drive operational excellence across Veolia’s business functions, support analysis and improvement of processes, contribute to quality management systems, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, internal auditing, and stakeholder reporting to build a foundation for a career in quality and process improvement within a global organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Documentation: identify, map, and document existing business processes, highlighting inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Process Improvement Initiatives: assist in developing and implementing improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Data Collection & Analysis: gather and analyze operational data to identify trends and performance gaps; present findings to stakeholders
- Quality Management Systems: contribute to maintaining and developing quality management systems and customer experience frameworks
- Internal Audits & Quality Reviews: assist in audits and reviews, supporting regulatory and standards compliance (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Reporting & Dashboards: prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance and improvement progress
- Root Cause Analysis: support RCA and corrective action with cross-functional teams
- Standard Operating Procedures: assist in developing and reviewing SOPs and work instructions
Qualifications
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Science/Technology, or Quality Management (essential)
- Fluent in English; other European languages are useful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean) is desirable
- Experience with data analysis tools or process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart) is desirable
- Willingness to travel
