A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Engagement / IT Business Relationship Manager to join a leading law firm on a permanent basis.

Act as the main liaison between IT and internal departments, building strong, trusted relationships
Identify technology needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities across legal and support teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and prioritise the IT delivery roadmap
Represent business teams within IT for service issues, enhancements and escalations
Work closely with Change, Training and IT Delivery teams to support technology rollout and adoption
Ensure clear, consistent communication between TKC and business teams
Support procurement and vendor management alongside IT leadership

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proven experience in IT business partnering, engagement, or technology consulting
Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively
Experience identifying and delivering process or service improvements
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and project management principles
Experience in the legal sector (essential)
