Responsibilities

• Implement new processes and procedures to modernise the department.
• Automate requisition flows and integrate data with the ERP/MRP system to reduce admin tasks.
• Raise purchase orders for items ranging from small components to large project spends.
• Develop a supplier scorecard system using data for PPM reporting and supplier performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Exceptional relationship management skills with internal departments and external global suppliers.
• Effective communicator capable of navigating complex negotiations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Motorsport, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of purchasing, inventory and logistics tailored to motorsport demands.
• Flexibility to manage fluctuating workloads and thrive under high‑pressure deadlines.
• Results‑oriented problem solver who remains calm under pressure and delivers outcomes.
