Cyber Security Delivery Support

Reporting to: Cyber Security Delivery Partner

Inside IR35

Hybrid – 2 Days a Week Onsite

Role Overview

The Cyber Security Delivery Support role works closely with the Cyber Security Delivery Partner to support day‑to‑day cyber operations, incident response, and delivery of security improvements across assigned divisions. This role is suited to a Cyber Analyst or Junior Cyber Security Manager looking to grow into a senior cyber leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Cyber Security Delivery Partner in cyber security operations across assigned divisions
  • Assist with cyber incident detection, response, and investigation
  • Support delivery of cyber improvement initiatives and remediation plans
  • Contribute to risk assessments, assurance activities, and reporting
  • Work with technology and operations teams to implement security controls
  • Assist with evidence gathering for audits and assessments

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a cyber security, cyber analyst, or junior security management role
  • Understanding of cyber operations and incident response processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and technical teams
  • Organised, delivery-focused, with an interest in cyber transformation

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to or understanding of NIST frameworks
  • Knowledge of SOC 2
  • Experience supporting audits or security assessments

Qualifications

  • Relevant cyber security certifications or working towards (“e.g. Security+, GSEC, or similar”)
