Overview
The post-holder is a pivotal member of the Capital Project Team and provides high‑level and wide‑ranging administrative support. The role involves planning and delivery of programmes and projects, leading specific project work packages in line with the team’s business needs, and providing overall programme and project support to meet internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and delivery of programmes and projects.
- Lead specific project work packages in accordance with the Capital Project Team business needs.
- Provide programme and project support to the team and meet internal and external requirements.
- Play a central role in delivering and tracking the portfolio of programmes and projects across the organisation on behalf of the Capital Project Team.
- Develop effective reporting information systems.
- Manage office administration.
- Assist in maintaining and supporting high standards of professional practice throughout the Capital Project Team.
