About the Role
TMW is a leading integrated creative and communications agency based in London and Bristol. This role supports the TMW Data Team in delivering data outputs—from campaign counts to customer behaviour analyses—to a travel client’s CRM delivery and optimisation effort.
You will use data to help clients understand their customer base across acquisition, growth and retention, making informed decisions with an inquisitive, problem‑solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data from the client database and related repositories, such as ESPs, to understand customer and campaign performance.
- Run data discovery, audience counts and data pulls to support campaign development.
- Conduct campaign measurement, setting up control cells and running uplift vs control analysis, and produce results tables and charts for presentation.
- Liaise with the client to identify opportunities and threats to the health of their customer base using data.
- Deliver projects such as RFM, LTV, marketing optimisation, basket analysis, spend associations, churn analysis, and promotional performance.
- Lead the delivery of smaller projects and work as part of a team on larger projects, ensuring robust and timely delivery of all analytical phases.
- Apply rigorous methodologies and appropriate analytical rigour throughout the entire process to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose.
- Ensure all analyses are accurate and follow a QA process.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer/CRM analytics with an understanding of CRM campaign activity.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, positive attitude, passion for building, and willingness to learn new concepts.
- An iterative approach to analysis, continuously challenging and enquiring.
- Outstanding analytical skills.
- Proven track record of using data to drive better business decision‑making.
- Experience with languages such as Python and SQL for analytical purposes.
- Experience analysing large datasets within client databases.
- Desirable: experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Desirable: experience with GA and other digital data sources.

- Ability to interpret complex data and extract business value.
- Strong, results‑driven personality with high enthusiasm, energy and confidence.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical results and models to non‑technical audiences.
