I’m partnering with a global, engineering-led organisation to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK industrial sector.
This role focuses on high-performance interconnect solutions used across a broad range of industrial applications, including automation, machinery, robotics, and industrial equipment. It combines strategic account development with proactive new business generation within a highly technical, solution-led market.
You’ll take full ownership of the UK industrial territory, developing structured growth plans, strengthening relationships with existing OEM and end-user accounts, and identifying new opportunities across the manufacturing and industrial supply chain. Close collaboration with distributors and internal engineering teams will be key to driving design-in activity and securing long-term project wins.
In this position, you will:
- Drive sustainable growth across the UK industrial market
- Develop and expand key stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with distribution partners to maximise regional industrial coverage
- Support customers through specification, design-in, and application stages
Requirements:
- Background in technical sales
- Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Experience working with OEMs or industrial manufacturing customers
- Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable managing a field-based UK territory
