Opportunity
Billing Manager position with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business also and you will manage and grow an existing team of 5 recruiters. The team are successful and billing over £900k a year between them already.
You can be a perm or contract recruiter and you can chose to focus on UK, Europe or USA. They are open minded to renewables or Solar and Wind.
Selling Points
- £55-60k Basic Salary plus 2% team override on new business

Requirements
- Experienced renewable energy recruiter with management experience
- 5 years recruitment experience plus is most likely to be suitable
- You will likely need at least 2 years of management experience
- Ability to work autonomously with good sense of self direction
- Success orientated and good work ethic
